• $225 + Cleaning Fee/ night
• $1,250 (Cleaning included)/ one week special
  
• $4,000 (Cleaning included)/ month

• Prime time is April – October
• Rates reduced in winter months (negotiable)
• Need half down and the balance 30 days before arrival
• Cleaning fee is built into price (only for 1 week bookings)
• Cleaning Fee $ 50 – $ 100  (depending how many nights & people)
  
• Security deposit required approx. $ 100
• Plus Utah RoomTax of 11%
